Most agencies are reporting only 2 dead, and no mention of a suspect. I'd wait for a real news agency to confirm. NY Post is doing some tabloid journalism

My sources are not from the NY Post. The suspect is a 20 year old international student from Saudi Arabia studying at Boston College. He is injured from shrapnel wounds and is being questioned by Boston Police. He is not arrested yet but is the prime suspect currently being grilled in his hospital room.

I don't think it's true. Only source that I see that is reporting is the NY Post. No other news source has said anything about it. Also every other news source is reporting 2 dead, while NY Post is reporting 15.

I would like to hear what Titaniums source is.
