Folks,
Even though grapefruit( limo bambeelmo or limo ugunji) as some call is a Somali thing and we basically respect it. Even though we give it when some one is sick, or is skinny or tired, isparmuuto seeko is what is given to him, but our people need to know it has a lot of health hazards specially when taken with some medications...Just beware..
