The reason being the Oromos for one are like the Mexican class in Jigjiga from people I know who went there. They are there because they are doing jobs that most of the Somalis are not willing to do, like xamaali. As for the Amxaar, Tigray they are not really doing that well themselves financially.

Not a problem bro. That's actually not uncommon in Harar and Dirre Dhawa.

Tons of Oromos i met in sland were jaarso, they looked somali, but you can tell they were Oromo by the eyes and their general demeanor.
