you could be making a big mistake, money is money whether it is in hargeysa or mogadishu. the house sold for 250,000 today could be worth 700,000 in 5 years time.

Nomand We have many properties. This one is just one of them. We are keeping the rest for that purpose(increased value), but non of us will
ever live in Mogadishu Lol. It is very smart way if you ask me.

my neighbors in hargeisa is hawiye hg gidir who own this bif fooq. ogadeen a house down...sheekhaal couple of houses down. not sure why I wanna mention this but fellaz we are all brothers ...stop the haterad

Stark There is a property boom in Moryaandishu and its environs. So $250k is not surprising. Some of the money was sent to my
bro in Middle East.
