25km is nothing for me. From my work to my home is about 33 km and that is how long i run each day 5 days a week unless i am sick. But it this way I never missed my city's marathon race bast 4 years.

Many of the guys are claiming to be 6'4" to 6'5", which I do not buy it by the way. I have been to San Diego, San Jose, Seattle, Dallas, Minneapolis, DC area, NY, Calgary, Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver BC with Somali communities and I have yet to see anyone taller than me.

I commend the girls for revealing their weights. Usually women shy away from revealing their weight and age. Ladies, your heights and weights are in proportion. There are two women in particular that I like their numbers
