Day 2

So far so good, im feeling great. I went to the gym for an hour before I went to sleep. The workout helped me lower my kaacsi level and I was able to sleep like baby. Woke up this morning with ease although I did have slight urges to stroke my shaft, it wasn't strong enough to break me. I am greatly moved by all the love and support Snet members giving me although some were not so helpful > Osman, I am determined to make it. However as I write further on I feel the urges coming back with great energy. When it does come back I must endure the pain and show no emotion.

I'm like you nigga. I have this deep obsession with females rear. I used to fap (now I know it means jerk off ) till my back hurts. If I sit down watching TV and saw a kiss I would run to the bathroom and release a load. It was the only thing that gets me to sleep at night. But subxanallah recently I got into an accident and my car was reduced to scrap parts. Teamed with a far university and wide gaps with my freinds courses. Now I leave home at 8:30 and come back at 3 or 6 depending on the day. I come back exhausted and tired. I just wash up, eat, surf the internet bit and sleep at 9-10 but still wake up tired. This was a bless in disguise for me I stopped fapping for over 3 weeks now. I usually have a strong urge in fridays don't know why but even then didn't fap so far. I might do it soon but not for erection I just need to shoot some loads out from time to time.

I would advise you to get yourself busy.

Day 4

Starting to see things, a person, a human figure when im awake. Not sure why, but i suspect it's the 90dayfap causing me to hallucinate. This person calls himself chief-monkey or was it chief-kimbe? idk but he keeps appearing on reflections of objects, mirrors, bus windows trying to talk to me. He said that he was i and i was him, inner 'self-conscious'. He also said if i continue on this path, i will eventually become an intellectual atheist who lives in Sweden.
