Because they get depress due to Somali men not supporting them emotionally so they over eat to fill that void.

The current generation Somali women are not getting fat anymore.

Maybe it's because most of them are not housewives anymore?

It depends - majority of overeaters is due to depression - food makes them happy and content.

Reason why you don't hear about it- is because Somali sisters don't sleep around or they do with real men who don't gossip like little girls.

One thing for sure though - Somali men are bloody lucky to have Somali women. Time to take good care of women brothers or you will lose them.

Wallaahi Somali women are so romantic and sweet when they marry Cadaan or black Muslims. There was story sheikh Sacid rage said a somali girl married a cadaan guy with only 25cts meher but when he divorced her, she wanted $25000 canadian dollars from her own cousin. When the sheikh asked her why her meher is so high when she is garoob and was only 25cts when she was gabar, her answer was like, he is a somali and he will understand. Somali girls are lucky to have somali guys. She will work her butt, she will be mistreated and her relatives will be a story in the past.
