This electoral division, like the constitution, was written by foreigners to balance Hawiye political domination.
They believe, wrongly in my opinion, that by making Somali politics more equitable, we may end the constant stalemates.
It doesn't matter what political system is in place, as long as we see each other as enemies we're not going to progress.
PS disenfranchising Banadir is not sustainable in the long run.
