You never heard of the Financial Times? It's from their report on Turkey

You work for the German Govt but have access to the yearly budget of the the Somali govt. How does that work lol? Btw aid does not only = cash given directly. It can also be in kind which is what Turkey does for example. You probably wouldn't see that on the govt budget.

In any case that's neither here nor there...you have to have an objective foreign policy based on national interest. I don't give a fuck about Israel or being buddies with them. But you cannot base international relationships on ''Arabs are our friends''. For example, boycotting or sanctioning a country requires collective action. The EU sanctions Russia collectively...The West sanctions Iran collectively. A sanction of Israel would require collective actions from the Arab League but as I have shown you this is not the case as every single Arab country dealing with them and some are close to establishing formal diplomatic ties with them. They are all furthering their own foreign policy objectives. What sense would it make for a poor African country to unilaterally boycott Israel and further isolate itself?

SahanGalbeed touched on what I am trying to say.
Spot on.
Most Arab countries have ties with Israel for their own interests, hence them witnessing the suffering of their fellow Arabs and Palestinians ( the Palestinians)

I'm trying to look at this from a counter terrorism point of view, I recall Israeli troops being flown in in emergency when Westgate in Nairobi was attacked. Could it be that, that was the agenda of this so called correspondence/meeting with Netanyahu? Is Hassan sheikh so desperate? Obviously Israel wouldn't provide expertise without getting something in return...

Dear Osob,
You allegedly "working" in the green zone, doesn't confirm nor deny that Hassan sheikh travelled. Every frickin citizen in Hamar knows when he's travelling because he CLOSES ALL THE ROADS. I was there last summer so I would know.

People who work in the green zone refers to it as Xalane.

Only someone in the diaspora who has read or heard about about this area would call their work place the "green zone"

Sorry but but your lingo is giving you away.
lol exactly only those who work in the security sector can tell. Once someone was telling I think Obama will visit us bc of the high security....obama was visiting at that time kenya so they found out after it was some sort of regional cooperation and who goes there..these guys r connected to the US security companies not the typical NISA

Officials use the VIP loung and when he goes to the plane meesha dhan waxaa soo buuxsamaya dad security camal ah. I have seen them in private mobile videos ...When that r in the VIP loung you can see them from the mirror

How can you know if your not in there 24/7 lol

Xalane is in the Jazeera direction diplomats have container houses in there as I heard I haven't been to xamar since I left in 93..

If you escape from the security airport you can really assassinate him, it's a mess before he reaches the plane

Osob,

How is the Iraqi government the biggest donor to Galmudug? The biggest donor by far is the government of Norway who have been helping the area since the 1990s. Abdikarim's Hobyo port deal has yet to come to fruition and I was upset when the Garguurte government cut ties with the Islamic Republic of Iran because of the lucrative contracts it had with some Galmudug personalities.

Unlike most parts of Somalia, we have been blacklisted for supporting Caydiid for a better part of two decades. If the Iraqis wish to help, we say welcome. If the Islamic Republic of Iran wish to aid us, we say welcome. We can't afford to be picky at all but the lack of aid does help out into two ways: prevents the state sponsored corruption and keeps AS at bay.

:russ: horta norway money is from the new deal money...UK has pledged £50million to it so whether you receive it or not they donated like Norway

The norway envoy to somalia has taking different stand on the somali govt as he suggested to sacriface some of the money for corruption so the orher half may reach the civil servents...they used pay the govt until the new deal file was transformed to the world bank and the bank pays via the UNDP but this was just for one year under yuulka cabinet

They say it has to do with the political infighting and garguurte refusing their advise to not change shyt bc of the limited time but the govt says they need to sign again to get new funds

https://kenmenkhaus.wordpress.com/2014/ ... d-somalia/

http://www.dailysabah.com/diplomacy/201 ... r-projects

Turkey is the biggest donor to somalia.... $400m hospitals, airport, schools, roads, etc and monthly $4.5m budgeary support now it's $2.7m per month bc of corruption

Susu

Do you like arguing just for the sake of arguing, at one point you claimed the EU mission is in Xalane and it is not which is a fact and second one does not need to be a security expert to know when HSM is travelling or travelled and UNDP office is not a container. Calling me a chick or what not is not going to help you here.

Every body knows there r some guys who suffer from inferiority complex so they would like to claim things that r not!

And the guy who said sanbalolshe was rejected kk kk

I'm not qabilist bc I have no reason to hate anyclan i have friends from every group and i respect susu she knows what she talks about and she doesn't lie

There is no such thing as green zone in mogadishu this only exists in Baghdad but like susu said some may use it for the protected area west of maka mukarama road and halane

So i guess what some mean is the hotels in this area like the peace hotel

Peace Hotel, Mogadishu: See 6 traveller reviews, 12 candid photos, and great deals for Peace Hotel, ranked ... Well within the security perimeter that surrounds the airport.

There r business people somalis and foreigners and if you got money you can stay there...this hotel is shared by a group of sacad and cadaan canadians

The UNDP building belongs to some arab/banadiri guy...can't remember now his name starts with D

Let me get out of this boring place!

Mr dump the container houses we r talking about r located in halane

:russ: forgive our ignorance! claiming to work for the EU yet cant tell offices from houses kk kk

I know the UNDP, UNSOM, the EU offices r located in the same place an area of about 6 buildings next to the road on the airport....there's hotels like peace hotel2 where many somali NGO workers live...I suppose this is the area your calling "a green zone"

Ciyaal diaspora love to invent terms...I work in the green zone kkkk

You want where the diplomats live go to the SRSGs twitter page he posts pics of his halane house, wrote an article on HOL about his daily life...his house is next to the sea and runners next to the beach every morning then after his english breakfast he goes to the office in that area

These r what i call containers
https://mobile.twitter.com/SRSGKeating/ ... 16/photo/1

What shows that I'm well informed r the figures im posting..since you know about the UNDP I will believe in you if you tell us from wich place each of the directors/agaasimeyaal, employees and ministers get their wages?

There r no wages since CCC cabinet
