Its not the first time. Haile salassie was himself half oromo.
But then again.... the crisis shouldnt concern somalis. Whatever the outcome, the US and others have a very firm grip on ethiopia. Making sure it doesnt collapse. Similar uprising occured in the 90s with mengistu.
The Amhara of today have a different mentality than those of the 1960s. They've shown they support the Oromo and their right to self determination, albeit, under one Ethiopia.
The Oromo consciousness and unity is growing exponentially nobody can rule us cheaply. The Amhara realized this too. The Tigrayans will very sore losers and try to secede with their tiny worthless land.

All this talk about Oromo amhara alliance will fizzle out as soon as the woyane leave. Oromo will, 'once again',watch from the sideline the ceremony of their own struggle sidelined and get relegated to their rightful place. It will be good to see them take the helm in ethiopia, but that's like expecting Ismail Hannya to lead Israel.

Still, go Oromo!

that won't happen InshaaAllah. our people have vowed to never let the past happen again. this generation of oromos is far more educated, united and conscious than any other oromo generation. watch and see how we rule ethiopia soon.

Wachs, Issa a sub-sub clan of a Somali ethnic group mind fucked an entire 30 million ethnic Gallas! I would even argue not entire Issa but my own jilib, Yonis Musa, is doing circles on you.

Galla, stay in your lane, better cultivate good relations with us. You are landlocked now and landlocked in the future.

There will be no Somali state under Oromo-ruled government.

LOL is that why the OLF kicked the IGLF (issa gurgura liberation front) OUT OF DIRE DAWA? in a one on one fair fight? then tplf intervened on the somali side since issa control ethiopias only port?
it wasn't the entire oromo nation against you. don't over exaggerate to make yourself seem tougher than you are
ani oromo dhaa, ati diqala dha, ati nama mitii.
and you will see sooner than later. may Allah give u a long miserable life so u see a free oromia ruling a federal ethiopia.

imagine if the french, usa, and other foreigners left.
imagine if all the oromo farming food and amhara and gambella food stopped flowing to you.
and if u had to fight eritrea 1 on 1 LOOOOOL that'd conquer you in two hours.

IGLF lost no ground. There is Xafada Ciise within Dira Dhabe; Gurgura have a district. What was lost? Nothing.

Moreover, Djibouti at the time was fighting on miltiple fronts -- Afars and a secessionist rebel militia group in northern Somalia. All 3 were in cahoots against us, yet we came out stronger.

There are so many Gallas in Djibouti than us in Gallaland, so your argument about Djibs hopelessness holds no water. Your kind are a waste of space on this earth. Perpetually subjugated by minorities.

they were pushed out of the city during the OLF-IGLF wars. im talking the political parties not issa or gurgura civilians.
unlike somali armed groups----oromos never target civilians.
and yes djibouti is a worthless country get mad all you want its true.
you depend on others to feed and protect you. no self reliance at all.
somaliland is much better, i respect them a lot.
they are self reliant.

lol Coming from an Oromo, this is priceless.

While you Imagining all those scenarios about Djibout, why don't you tell me how the LARGEST ETHNIC GROUP in Ethiopia is considered an AN ETHNIC MINORITY GROUP?

I don't want to piss on your parade but you gonna need more than Gandhi's autobiography to lead Ethiopia. But good luck.

i to think oromo will be ready this time and have learned allot from the past oromo of today are not the oromo of the 1980s they have matured politically socially what most people dont understand is that tplf kinda helped oromo with kilil and have helped create a national behavior in par with the resistance and the strong diaspora. as for an independent oromia i am not sure if it meets somaliland interests if oromos are willing to lease some farm land to us we might support it.

you can insult me, but you can't refute any point I made.
that proves my points are right and perhaps hit too close to home.
don't be mad at me or the truth---it is what it is.
does djibouti have enough arable land to feed itself, without importing a large amount of food?
does djibouti have the military strength to resist incursions from eritrea or even ethiopia in the future (if need be)?
somaliland is better off. you should try to join a bigger country next to you because the french and white man wont be there forever.
