Man must pay support for child not his

Like I said, I don't care about the child support and I never said I would discontinue the child support. I would just be furious at being lied to about my progeny. The kid's already 10, 8 more years wouldn't bother me much.

However, I would consider a few things:
1. Ask the Court for sole custody of the child. I might have a bond with the kid, but more importantly I wouldn't want that skank of a woman enjoying my money.
2. Continue to pay child support, but request that the State sterilize the woman.
3. Take legal action against her through criminal and or civil court.

1. The court has no probable cause to take the child from the mother and give it to the man. And no, lying about the father isn't grounds for a crime.
2. No, the state can not issue such a warrant simply because it is her damn eggs but if you want the legal terms then just google it.
3. It was never a criminal case and she can just plead that she just wanted a decent food and clothing for the child.

It is a problem but her lying isn't as a big of a deal as the predictable consequences the child might face if the man stops paying for child support.

There are too many children abused and molested in foster homes and too many starve. Of course, the kid will just be another statistical digit but it is f'ed up if a pattern develops.

I just think it's the ultimate betrayal for her to do something like that. And the funny thing is, I have been hearing about this so much it's common!
