Wow
I never thought voltage would sink this low.. why would you feel the need to defend someone..be him cadaan or madow..while he is present??
And from what?? what some other members said , cos they felt it was the right thing to say??
Man I dont want to and I wont use any inappropriate words here..but before you point fingers at nabeela..just take a look at your replies to both Nabeela, Young ....and pretty much everbody else in defense of James.

Yeah I remember that but I know I gave you a hard time to call me that. I had a problem with leading witchhunts. Half of the Marehan contributers here have been called "fakes" by me at some point or another including my now good friends Murax and Gedoboy.

And you are only playing devil's advocate because James laid out Abdullahi Yusuf's legacy clearly.

Waa daacad wallahi. What else do you have against him?
Anyways the main point is James has every right to discuss Somali politics if he wants. There is no reason for you or anyone else to tell him not to. You are not even a citizen of Somalia yourself.

My main issue with him is, had iyo jeer wuxu ka hadla qabiil iyo isku dir-dir, I have witnessed qabiil bashing badan, because of him.

Thats what is in your mind ..not mine for sure..but you being repetitive and not even realize how unapologetic, unkind and arrogant not to mention unpatriotic againsnt nabeela is what really ticked me off.
And yes unpatriotic..not because he is a white canadian guy and she is a somali sister(although thats part of it)..but she is clearly presenting her opinion about somali matters which she has every right to..and he can counter her , but there is no need for a 3rd person in between..and esp. not a somali one.
I was ok with young..but nabeela?? and for what?? she didnt even say anything bad in particular..

It's my own fault really, I should have known I'd get blacklisted for that post about Abdullahi Yusuf.

This I am guilty as charged, sadly. I blundered around quite a bit when I first got here and I didn't realize at the time how hot-button a lot of the issues are. I've learned my lesson though.

What is your criticism of Voltage? That he's unpatriotic? Patriotism is about putting your country first, above even it's leaders. Ignoring the failings of your country's leaders isn't patriotism, it's putting your leaders above your country, and that's the opposite of patriotism.
It's noble to defend your countrymen, but supporting attacking foreigners isn't patriotism or defending your country, that's just xenophobia.
