I've seen sh1t loads of Somalis(espcially girls) who deny being Somali and claim Ethiopia. They don't realize that they are in a good shape being called Somali than dirty Ethiopian

lool I can;t believe the females are talking didn't that Somali girl in the Olympics finish like 10-15 secs behind everybody else in the 100 meter dash.

Anyway i've seen and grown up with many really good Somali Athletes it's just they're not dedicated enough with so many jealous people distracting them from the cause by introducing cigaar/jaad/alcohol to them.

Somalis have a skinny build and are tall. The only sport I can see them being good at is long distance running, but they don't have the committment for that.

For American Football, Basketball, Soccer they just don't have the strength, speed, explosiveness to be effective.

Let's not be harsh on ourselves guys. East Africans in general scks in Sports. Is there any Professional football/basketball player from Kenya, Uganda or Ethiopia. They are only good at marathon and that's easy, cuz people who dominate that sports are the hunger ridden countries.

And thats Why I said Somalis can be good at that but even then, Ethiopians/Kenyans still dominate them there. I play Basketball with Somalis regularly and with cadaan/madow at My local Gym. There is a marked difference in the athleteiczm. Heck even cadaan are more athletic than Somalis

This is yusuf xirsi. he is a pro, he plays in the Dutch league.
When he was young he use to play for the Dutch national team under the age of 21 and he use to be the captain.
Last year he scored the game-tying goal, but during the penalties he missed a penalty and because of that they lost, you gotta love the irony

Wara Youngfresh, this Guy from Ottowa came to our State to visit. This Guy was I mean very serious about basketball. He told us He shoots like a thousand jumpshots a day or something. Anyway this Guy When We were playing was sick. He was hitting regularly from near halfcourt and His 1st step was amazing plus His handles were tight. The sad thing is Madow are on a different level lool
