Its about a natural and innate desire for our species to reproduce, these sex organs just facilitate the process. Or else the whole thing would be dull and crude. Imagine a husband coming to his wife and saying "Let's copulate and make genetical copies of ourselves, so that our species lives on." vs a husband who uses other methods of achieving the same goal either through romantic gestures, physical language or seductive words. Animals get down to business right away, very little if any communication is involved. There's no "dating", no "marriage", no "romance" involved, instead they rely on biochemistry through scent and sex hormones.

Humans are more complex, because of our brain structure and cognitive skills, eventhough we know sex is primarily for reproduction, we don't want to accept the simplicity of the equation. Instead we attach other factors to it be it societal norms, religious restrictions, personal philosophies, pleasure, etc. Take away the clitoris glans or even labia minora, and females can still have intercourse and reproduce. But, will it be enjoyable? Probably not.

I don't know if they're enjoying it or not, but I doubt our women primarily get married for sex. I think other factors play a more crucial role e.g. desire to want family & kids, companionship, pressure from family & society in general, because its expected of a woman to get married before a certain age (30+), mostly psychological & societal. Sex is just part of the package, foolish of any woman to do it for sex, because she'll be paying a hefty sum for it, imo. Sex is a major taboo in our culture and sexual liberty is equated to being a whore if you're a woman. That doesn't include the actual intercourse, but simply by having an opinion about it, I noticed most raise eye-brows and ask themselves "Has she done it?"

Ignorance in a nutshell and hypocrisy.
