I remember reading somewhere about a scholar here in the U.K who gave a fatwa permitting that, when I read it at the time, I couldn't believe it. I was like 'Muxuu ku hadlayaa subhanallah! but after all these things happened, and the hate crimes that ensued I see the wisdom behind his views. In Britain it's not so bad alhamdullilah , Muslims live mainly in cities, have their own neighbourhoods etc and will be fine as long as they avoid the chavvy areas. America on the other hand is very different, I don't think I could live there since the people especially the Christians over there are so hateful and ignorant. It's only good for holiday as far as I'm concerned.

lol British Somalis have views of America influenced entirely off TV. Yes there are ignorant people and yes things like the cab drivers case happen, but it happens everywhere in the West including the UK and Europe. In Aqeeda a Zindiiq could be someone who produces new concepts or innovations that otherwise did not exist in the Religion. Like in this case saying it is okay to discard a fard (Hijaab) for silly reasons. Also remember theres is Kufr duna Kufr. When the Prophet SAW said killing a Muslim is Kufr, does that mean every Muslim who happens to kill someone is a Kaafir?
