I hope Laqanyo steps down in a calm manner. Abdifatah is in for a roller coaster ride. In a teleconference call yesterday, MPs from Hiiraan told him they expect to unanimously file a "privileged motion" (a non debatable motion) in parliament sometime in the near future and they expect his signature on it alongside those of the elders in the region. He obviously answered in the affirmative but everyone was skeptical. Laqanyo was spearheading the Hiiraanist initiative but not everybody trusts Abdifatah

He's being replaced because he did not support the government's plan to force Hiiraan into joining Middle Shabelle. The outgoing governor of Hiiraan wanted to have an exclusive Hiiraan State same way Tarsan wanted a Federal District within Mogadishu. Both are replaced because their versions of Federalism and local rights go against the machinations and self-centered policies of Farah Abdulqadir & Hassan Sheekh group.

Their replacements are yes men who will implement Farah Abdulqadir's master plan supported by regional countries to see a weakened and subdued Hawiye under the Federalism system

Thanks for the info ustaad twist but I have seen before laqanyo saying that hiiraan on its own can't form a federal state, he also stopped the local elections. I don't know wich gobol he supports hiiraan to join though he was very open towards HG he said that gobolada dhexe is a pure geoghraphical term and that he is againist making it a political concept.
