BV macaaney, it's a bit strange at first to be honest, but if you have a professional who is kneading your muscles properly (and painfully) you won't be too concerned. :)

How is your back including lower back, legs, neck etc not considered cawrah? Especially being touched by a stranger. :ohhh:

I don't pretend to be a shiekh, I'm just calling out the constant hypocrisy.

Why so combative?

Just say aniga kumajidho dee and leave it at that

I never claimed to be a wadaad-ette but I know massages are not inappropriate.

The best part about you guys, is you say whatever you want concerning sex, erections, masturbation and whatever other topics you deem appropriate. When a woman asks about a massage (which has massive health benefits) you want to throw in nonsensical judgements about awra.

When I'm going to get my henna done for my aroos and I need my legs, arms and shoulders to have access, will you come in to bark YOUR hypocrisy?

Anyways,

Go back to sleep.

And please, since when did things I shouldn't show to male non-family members equate to things I can't show women?

Cawrah is still cawrah. It doesn't matter if you show it to a male stranger or a female stranger - the dambi is still the same. I don't know where you guys get the impression being naked in front of a woman is better than being naked in front of a man. Why are you getting angry? :?

Liquid hydrogen has a point Evol, modesty also applies to the same sex. A woman cannot massage the area around your buttocks or your thighs according to the Sharia. Those parts of the body are cawra to other women too, not only non-muhram males.

So as not to be accused of providing just one interpretation, the links above that I have provided are from a diverse range of sources, some Salafi, some neutral.

Anyway, the minimum consensus among the scholars is that the navel to the knee is cawra in front of other women.

Growing up, it was conventional wisdom to be familiar with the basic rules on cawra as I remember practising brothers would wear long shorts beyond their knees when playing football eventhough a Xalimo was not in sight.

There are medical exceptions nonetheless.

Chest okay...interesting

I just wanted in aan ku dhibo tbh

Ultimately it's medicinal. Pulling the cawra card is like saying women shouldn't have smear tests and men shouldn't get prostate exams

Osteopathy is a way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems by moving, stretching and massaging a person’s muscles and joints.

If you have a medical condition that needs attending to than I guess your conscience is clear.

Waan ku dhibaya too abaayo. Allah knows we are all imperfect in our own way and non can point fingers when we are all in glass houses. I just highlighted the Islamic stance on cawra to Evol so as to inform not preach sis.
