You do kno Elay is not the only D&M clan.. last I checked Mansur is working with the gov. His somewhere in the bakool most likely huddur. You have to know not all of the JL forces are raskambooni.Infact they are roughly a quarter of it.
AS for Shabaab they outnumber Raskambooni and its not strange that AS has been mobilising there entire muscle in JL esp lower Jubba.Xassan Sh haa used most of reaources and tenure trying to topple Blackie and this has had an impact in the fight against AS.
