lool@west berbera.....its 4 KM away from berbera port, and the land was part of a free zone plan allocated by the late president Ina Cigal,AUN, under the ''danta guud'' law, this law was broken by silanyo all over somaliland,given lands left and rights to his group of interests and this time it was the owner of mansuur hotel, and its not a harbour non whatsoever, its a beach hotel with diving facility, it has nothing to do with fishing deck or loading/unloading commercials goods as it was supposed to happen in ceel garde, all in all, the mansur beach hotel near berbera port was by silanyo presidential decree and also pre-approval from the saaxil and berbera local authorities...its an old news,its not being discovered now.
