I take it that most Somali guys from our generation grown in the qurbaha from my experience usually range from 5''10 to 6''6 in height. The girls range from 5''5 to 5''11 in height.
I remembering reading once that the average height is either 5'10 or 5'11 for Somali males and 5''5 or 5''6 for females. Our average height is pretty high in comparison to the world male average of 5''6.
So it is not surprise or an exaggeration if you see/hear lot of Somali dudes who are 6ft +.
