You misunderstood me. I said in the end of the day the person with the most money will be able to purchase the mps for vote. Qatar + Turkey have more money than UAE + Kenya therefore it looks like the mps could vote for Farmaajo if he pays more compare to what Deni or HSM or AAW could pay.
