Sure they welcomed the Isaaq(as you put it) with open arms. But they welcomed the Daaroods ( Or Faqash as you call ) with the same open arms. They did the same for the digil and Raxanweyn, so on and so on.

That is their victory To arm each clan to their teeth and when they kill each other to act as if they care for some... Can't you get it...

Ethiopians welcomed Isaaq civilians who fled Waqooyi runing for their dear lives, runing from Somali warplanes bombing Hargeisa, Berbera and Burco. Your argument about how other clans were also victims of this is flawed, no other clan or non-Isaaq city suffered as much as the Isaaqs, no where else did a Somali warplane fly from the city it bombed, indiscrimantly killing thousands of civilians. What happened in Xamar is a war between the brothers who live in Xamar no government forces were envolved there. In Waqqoyi this was the whole Somali government at war with Isaaq. The aim was to ethnically cleanse them, they failed, SNM won.
Ethiopians treated Isaaqs better than their own so-called Somali brothers
