In my opinion, I'd remove the MJ mayor that's there right now and replace him with a Bajuun. I doubt anyones going to question why we picked a Bajuun.

But I doubt that's ever going to happen.. I'm going to make a list of who I believe should have the several posts.. and reasons why.. then you can feel free to ask questions.. give me 5 minutes.

_ Lower Jubba governor - Absame (The Majority in J/Hoose)
_ Lower Jubba deputy governor - Harti (The 2nd majority in the country side)

_ Kismayo mayor - Harti/Sade - Both majority in the city
_ Kismayo deputy mayor - Harti/Sade - Both majority in the city

If the Mayor was to be Harti then the deputy would be Sade and vice versa..

_ Airport chief - Gaaljecel - I felt like I had to give them something..

_ Port chief - Sade - You have no ports and from what I know better businessmen then the Absame.. Gedo would benefit
since it doesn't look like Ogaden lands in Jubboyinka are going anywhere at the moment...

_ Police Chief - Shiekhal - They seem the most neutral in Kismayo.. So no one will feel like one is occupying the other militarily..

Harti is the majority in Kismayo's countryside, your cousin DS will tell you that and no one has taken clan statistics in the city so you are just speculating and voicing opinions. I don't believe over 200,000 of Kismaayo's population is Mareexan.

85% Mareexan
15% Harti, Absame, Gaaljecel, Baajuun, Sheikhal and others.

Do you know who lives from Kismayo all the way to Ras Kamboni?? Who lives in Kuda, Badhan waamo, Buulo xaaji and raxoole etc..?

buulo xaji is a cawramle village... kuda is dhuxul port and ogadens/marehans/majertaan live there....i don't know were raxoole is care to show me a map???
