But seriously sis, we do need intellectual leadership like you said, nothing is achieved without faith iyo patience. I realised that as Somalis we want quick results, but nobody is willing to put in an honest effort and everything with us is haste.

I agree abaayo, we do expect quick results, and sabr is very important...we also need to have a viable solution, we have nothing but qalbi jab for 20 odd years. I have also been really depressed by the level of qabyaalad on these forums by the youth, its not even funny the way they hate a qolo they have barely any contact with Its a multi pronged attack which is needed, inshaAllah kheir *sigh*

Yup we do have qalbi jab sis. 20 years is a long time! I get really depressed when all my nieces and nephews know about Somalia is fighting iyo destruction. If you ask them where they wanna go when they grow up, it's never Somalia. The response is 'eww I don't wanna go there'..so yeah it's a sad predicament. I don't think the ones here are serious, it seems like for most of them comin on here and dissin' each others qabiil has just become a fav pastime. We do need viable solutions, and who else can provide them? I think it's only us, 'cause we're the next generation. But when most youth have lost hope in Somalia, then how can we find any solution?

and it includes 2/3 of somali population being putdown

The Best Solution is a combination called SAM:


1. Suufism - To promote peaceful Islam

2. Attaturkism- To promote secularism.

2. Maoism - To destroy backwards culture (qabiil)/ restraint criminal capitalism/ create a strong national identity. The only exception is ignore Mao's disregard of religion.

I predict that Somalia will achieved peace and order by 2013, then they will be cease fire for 7yrs, and then they will be a bloodshed from 2021 to 2024 (we don't know whether it will be another civil-war, coupe, or war with the neighboring countries), then it will stop, and Somalis will unite and have a lasting peace and prosperity after for centuries to come. this I was shown, like a dream.
