Move the Capitol and put it in a neutral area. No more National Capital in the middle of Hawiyedom. Thats just asking for trouble.
what's a neutral area?
Even though Baydhabo Janay, is a tribal city
Wallahi I'd support it. Its not far from the Jubbas, Gedo, and during the transitional period it did a nice job serving the TFG when it was there.
Dont claim you are being rational or a realist, you can say what you like but these two thing are far from what you were in this thread.

But problem starts when siyadist dooros like voltage and marax, hardcore punanis like abdalbitch and abdisamad ibn bintilander settles xamar and they are claiming the city.
Then wa rabbal ka3bah, we have a problem.
No way that a city can hold together siyadists/bintilanders and Pan-hawiyists.

@ HutuKing lecturing me on cuqdad

AbgalKing,
Bro Xamar is a nice city, and I think can play a very important role in Somalia. That being said magaalada uma qalanto magaalo madax.

Greenday,
Neceb is a strong word. I had a Chevy Cavilier I brought as My first car that broke done on me quickly. If I saw the car was a lemon did I hate the car? No, and just like My Chevy Cavilier was a dissapointment to Me, Xamar as the Capital of Somalia for the past 21 years is and will dissapoint them.
sxb adigaa yaa muqdisho kaa xigaa when the likes of hutuking are claiming it.. Mugdisho is our capital and no one can force us out of it as long as we are part of Somalia.. This idea of xamar belonging to one tribe is just ridiculous walahi.. It's like a white american denying an hawaiian or another american from california access to washington DC.

Abdisamad,
Waan ku gartay laakin personally I would rather see as a capital city a place that already has a record of being peaceful, stable and cosmopolitan. Places like Bossaso, Hargeisa (although currently not part of Somalia) have at least opened their doors to folks from different parts of Somalia to come, work, live and most importantly they are stable. While Xamar is not cosmopolitan, even worse it is simply not safe and hasn't been for the past 20 years. Kismaayo, while it also has not been safe at least You have Daarood, Hawiye, Dir, Bajun and a host of different people who live there which is appealing. Its not that I feel inu dad xamar igu xigo necessarly, its just I do not see how any viable Government can succeed in a place that is so lawless. From USC, to warlords, to Ethiopians, to Shabab, to AMISOM now what else? Ma ku kalsoontahay meel saas camal?

Haye, go to heliwa, bakaara market, wardhiigley & most of southern mogadishu and tell that to the people: I the punanilander tell you to get the fuck out, go back to hobyo and guriceel.
The next day your body will lay on the ground.
