I feel like moving. It shouldn't be too bad for Somalis then, they should buy houses. Here, it is just getting worse. The French started taxing the shit out of the rich. Those rich cunts along along with all the other rich cunts from unstable countries keep buying houses here. Russian bastards have been buying houses here like crazy since the start of the year 2000. Thanks to the Olympics, they gentrified some of the poorest (and cheapest) parts of London and now they will sell it to more hipster idiots. I hope the housing market crashes. I can't wait for this useless government to leave office. They just made everything worse.

Alpha - It's almost all the States, I check out Cali from time to time, just to see. Sacramento & San Jose are fairly affordable. Florida too.

accident - Yeah, London has always been hella expensive. But, I think if one can find a way of financing it, it beats renting.
Houses here were over-inflated, it was only a mater of time before the bubble burst. They're actually at their realistic values as is indicative with their foreclosure prices (this is what the bank estimates this house cost to build: both labor & material + inflation years).

This house is selling for $99k today as a foreclosure, but was once over $240k. It's all a scam the banks use to bilk people out of money they never had.

Then the skinnies, Oromos, Eris, Vietnamese, Kurds, Armenians all descended on these homes i.e. people who could never afford these homes.

Wallahi that's great. At least some of the poor could take advantage of it. I hope the housing market crashes man. Houses here the size of the ones in your pictures could easily go into the millions, depending on what area you buy it in.

Damn, man! Houses are cheap in the States & everyone who has money should buy it now.
Here, 3 bedroom houses are about half a million.
I saw it on the news here that even some Aussies were buying foreclosing houses in the US & thought about it briefly but couldn't take the risk since I live far away & don't know a lot about real estate.

yeah, I remember seeing the prices in GA and other states. In my area, you can forget about DC.. the whole city is overpriced in terms of property. The 1990s was the time to buy especially in places like Capitol Hill, Columbia Heights, etc when they were still ghetto but you could buy a house for $40k. Now they sell for $500k
Outside of DC, you can definitely find cheap houses in Virginia once you get way outside the Beltway.
In Maryland, the one area where you can get good deals off of auctions or foreclosures is close to Baltimore. I saw a house about 15 miles north of where I live (Laurel, MD) and a similar sized house to my parents was going for $150k
The suburbs in Baltimore are very similar to the prices in those ATL suburbs. Cause in Baltimore, SO many houses were built during the mortgage boom, the bubble burst and no one could afford to live in them. So the prices came wayyy down... one of my dad's friends, this somali guy who lives in VA and commutes to Baltimore where his businesses are, bought two houses at $50k each, paid one off and will pay the other one off next year.
