Spoken like a true feminine in heat. What litmus test do you go through to call yourself Isaac? You have no say in the governance of Djibouti. Here are true majority in Djibouti in descending order:
1-Isse
2-Afar
3-Gadabursi
4-Yemeni Arab
Your kind are no where to be found in Djibouti but in small numbers. Again, nothing happens in Djibouti without the "Decider", Issa.
Tais-toi cochon! Oui, je parles francaise, aussi.
PS: There is a new sheriff in town, and the Reer Habro aren't going to like what they hear.
No isaaq in djibouti means no issa in somaliland

now lets see issa in somaliland. they are found in saylac and lughaya districts, infact the late djibouti president was issa somalilander born in lughaya district, issa have no economy power in somaliland but they are fairly well represented in the government, e.g issa have 1 general in the somaliland army while HY (largest isaq clan living in all regions) has nothing at all!
issa has 1 minister 1 MP several guurtis, governor of salal, deputy governor of awdal, 2 deputy mayors, several DGs and other high ranking government officials. they also have 13 local councilors in saylac and lughaya districts + every issa ugaas must be crowned in saylac.

Re: Hawdian access to the IPG
Few Eritreans still occupy large junk of Djibouti, which by the way in Ethiopia we refer to as "the stadium"; since its the size of a football stadium.
These hyenas should not be talking about war when few Kebessa girls occupy large part of the stadium. I always tell them that missing part could have hosted a restaurant for the stadium...more business.
