after reading this thread that has runned to six pages, I am still at loss what it is all about? it is submitted by LH (the big mouth) that San-Dheer is (1) not a muslim and (2) if she is a muslim, cherry picks what she likes about islam (i.e. refusing to wear hijjab) (3) she is another alias of the infamous DD.

No real evidence have been demonstrated to the court and as is this is not a rubber-stumping Kangaroos court, we hereby and forever find San-dheer to be not guilty of all charges and her character is free from any blemish and LH besmirch has failed.

The courts orders this: exemplary damages to be paid to the appellant in respect of the libelous act perpetrated by the state's prosecutor and all her cost is borne by the losing side - LH and the state.

case dismissed.

(underneath, sky or a third dimension - Sunni scholars ignored the subject altogether)
