Time has run out my friend. Did anyone Make Isaaq iyo Harti make a Mamuul or did they do it own their own?

If these guys wanted some sort of a Mamuul they would have came up with Something within those lost 18 years. We can't afford to lose another year because we are waiting for the South to settle their own problems.

In 2004 in Kenya there was a debate whether to Change the capital or not everyone except the Hawiye didn't want to change capital. Marka if it's deegan qabil we respect it but for that to fully stay intact is for Mogadishu not to be called Capital city any more. A Capital city just can not be a single qabil deegaan if they want that they need to go out to the villages. Or let us Somalia declare a new capital city.
