not somali and having contacts inside somalia
I think he is either Somali or he is Cirwaaq's boyfriend  Whatever the case, he needs to know Volunteer Somali Coast Guard (aka pirates) are not stationed in PL alone but also in Hobyo and Harardheere. Somehow the outcast named Cirwaaq is running around and trying to label every thing on PL.

Facts should stay clear and that is Somali Coast Guard (aka pirates) is found in all of Somali territories and not particular one area. When the world stops looting our marine resources and bring the toxic waste dumping on our coast to a full stop, the Somali Coast Guard (aka pirates) will stop their operations. The world can't take away our marine resources and continuosly and mercilessly dump all of the European and Asian toxic waste on our coast and expect the Somali Coast Guard (aka pirates) and innocent poor Somali fishermen to stay silent about it. No way jose'!

If you claim pirates are coast guards then you are doing more damage then good, it would be easy to assume Faroole is the president of the coast guards... would you agree?

Is Faroole a Captain of Pirateland or president of puntland?

Choice is yours.

Conference
In 1964 OAU made a resolution
concerning border disputes that affirmed that African border is permanent
and all African national leaders have to respect the territory that they
achieved or inherited from their national independence process.
Stop dreaming.

We own puntland on paper under the state of Somalia former italian-somaliland. SSC and their land was never part of Italian-somaliland.

James@ Your maps represent nothing but gross misinformation to entire towns and villages, the reality is that pirates do not control any towns, and certainly do not represent them. Also how could you say Caluula and Baargaal have anything to do with pirates as their is no evidence that they have a base there anymore.
Your maps do more harm than good, i suggest you put a stop to it all.

The map does not reflect the facts on the ground and hides a bigger threat then shabab in the North.

Can you please adjust map to reflect the following based on recent news and demonstrated enfluence:

- Eyl controlled by pirates
- Gar'aad by pirates
- Bargaal by pirates/Kidnappers
- Hafuun by pirates
- Breeda by pirates
- Caluula by pirates

Stop being so biased against the level of influence the TFG has when puntland admins are car bombed daily and they have loss all control over the 90% of their coasts and coastal towns i mean what more evidence do you need then the 6 police officers shot by pirates with 5 dead. Since the media has zero freedom that report is a diluted version of reality.
Look at this guy you always find ways to insult Puntland why is that my friend? the only thing you talk about nowadays is Puntland affairs which you have no clue about. :| :?

why dont you fucktards put all this passion and energy on how to save your people from starvation and the miserable war,,instead of fighting over some unknown tuulo's that doesnt even have streetlights or running water..and even the people living in there would give anything to escape it..now you fuckers are arguing about the ownership of these miserable tuulo..how amazing is the Somali brain walahi..
