We are not talking if it is a derogatory term or not Voltage is a proud Faqash , faqash means A Siyad bare loyalists since its part of the Somali dictionary i don't see anything wrong if a Somali Poet/Song writer talks about it

You're a moryaan, what can I expect from a moryaan like you who acts like a female. It's funny how a hawiye person runs to the word "Cuqdad" when arguing with a Darood person, but Hawiyes are the ones with the biggest CUQDAD.

how do hawiye have Cuqdad Against Daarood can you Explain

His statements and writings have been considered to be quite anti-government and many of my side of the aisle would find distasteful but he would be invited to any village or town of ours with open arms and treated like royalty for his role as an abwaan with a respectable public figure reputation. Apparently that's what some of these iidoor urchins don't get.
Good example but he will never come to your towns and villages if you guys don't even go there. Last i remember, you went to kenya and had to stare from the border :|

"The term Faqash originated from its widespread and popular use amongst Somalia’s former northern regions (Now Somaliland) to describe those who were a part of/or loyal to the expansionist and oppressive regime of Mohamed Siad Barre. The term was literally derived from the sound the boots of its officers made when walking in mud and became a popular derogatory name to describe the troops that many citizens felt were more of an occupying force than an actual government that represented the people."

Worth reading. The definition goes on.
True meaning of Faqash
