The trawler goes into Djiboutian waters, Djibouti obviously has radar and noticed. They try to board the trawler, but there are Somaliland soldiers on it for security. They call for backup and this happens. Somaliland will become a real pariah entity if they continue to bother Djibouti, which has many powerful allies. Djibouti's navy may not look so good, but they are trained by the US navy.
