Amiin Caamir and his cartoons
What do you think of this gentleman?
He managed to wage war with his pen against every trespassing forces, he depicts every event in caricature in an unbiased and virtually neutral mode. He is talented, no doubt about that but his bravery is outstanding.

Lug, He can be brave all he wants because he is in America. I doubt his cartoons would be so blunt if he in Somalia.
Is it true that in Siad Bare's days he was a kiss ass always depicting "The greatness" in Afweyne?

Baxarow,
You mean you didn't hear about the threat of the UIC? They asked him to stop or he will be cursed from all mosques in Mogadishu.
Dhego,
Yes it's Haraam to paint anything live.

Demure,
He was forced to paint those things for Jaale Siyaad wether he liked it or not. Different days back then, less freedom.
Why does he always illustrate Somalis as lightskinned? They barely look like Somalis in his work.

Amiin strikes me as a flip flopper. Who he supports is a mystery to me.

It's called being neutral. You don't always have to choose a side and in today's Somali political landscape it's virtually impossible to do so. But you can condemn and commend, without supporting anything.
