Somalia NGO: 4 Workers Arrested By Somali, Ethiopian Troops

MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP)--A non-governmental organization in Somalia's capital, Mogadishu, said Tuesday that four members of its staff, including the country director for Somalia, had been arrested by Somali and Ethiopian troops this week.
Tony Burns, director of Saacid, said the troops accused the group of being an "al-Qaida terrorist organization."
