Education: over 400 teachers hired in the past two years. These teachers are now working in all regions of Puntland. The number of students attending school in the State has increased by 21.4%. In five of the seven regions of the State the Education Departments now have vehicles.

Healthcare: in the past two years 61 new health care centers have been built and are now open. 41 healthcare centers have been renovated. 16 laboratories have now been equipped. There are now 15 new ambulances working in the State’s hospitals.

Economy: In past two years, the Government of Puntland has focused on the economic development of the State by attracting foreign investors. The Government has been successful in attracting partners to invest in the hydrocarbon and mineral sectors, in the construction of airports in Bossaso and Garowe, and in the building of an international standard livestock quarantine in Bossaso. The Government was also able to attract a foreign investor in the marine resources protection sector. The completion of the livestock quarantine and the establishment of a Puntland Coast Guard will bring order to the States livestock and fisheries sectors. The President stated, all these projects were designed to create jobs and wealth for the State’s citizens.

You should be asking what has P/land done for Cadde? The answer is plenty!

It has made him a rich man, he gets paid top $$ by foreign companies to dump chemical wastes in the P/land coastline, he taxes everyone even the women who sell milk in the markets (yet does nothing for them a.k.a. isbaaro), he taxes any ship or plane that lands (yet does nothing for the infrastructure, it still looks like Siyaad Bare left it), he uses some of the tax money to split up with his buddy A/Qeybdiid, etc.

Sorry, but I have to disagree, Mogadishu's port was constructed by the Chinese (efficient workers) and was an international port, Bosaso's port is exceptional, but not as large as that of Mogadishu, Kismayo or even Berbera.

Bosaso's airport was never a commercial airport, not until after the civil war atleast, doesn't come close to that of Mogadishu. Ask anyone.

Cadde paved the way for Mubaarak construction in Garoowe, building airport #2 in Garoowe.

Cadde also just signed the $500 million deal with the Arab states, this will not only test and produce better livestock, but it lifts the livestock ban, and lets Somalis stay in control of the trade, all the while opening trade with the middle east and Asia, especially the Chinese.

Today, Japan just made a grant to Puntland, this could be related to livestock.

Cadde Muse might be a little corrupt, but its haters and wild-eyed starving on-lookers making most of the judgment.
