Has Somalia ever qualified for a World Cup Finals?

If so when and why is it I've never heard of Somali soccer players in any of the soccer leagues in Europe.

You forgot to mention that Jamaica beat Japan in France 98. Japan is highly rated in the football World. Again, Did Somalia ever qualify yes or no?

That ain't shame though. Canada never made it to the World cup and No country from East African made the Finals. It ain't shame not to make to the world cup finals. Also there are Five Somali Players that play throughout Europe. The most well know is the Lazio player Fabio. Also there is this guy in Dutch league and his name is Yusuf Hirsi. Now Does Jamaica has any good players that play in Europe?

I can name 4 Carribean nations that have qualified for a World Cup Finals.

1. Cuba
2. Haiti
3. Jamaica
4. Trinidad & Tobago.

tough 90% hall african nation never qualified world cup finals.

1998 somalia national team played against cameroon they beat us only 2 and 0.
sameul ato was one of those cameroons players who was playing that day.

so somalias national team will play world cup finals before 2030 inshalah.
