Why has Rwanda gotten past its civil war so quickly, I mean we mock the Hawiye clan in Somalia for acting like "Hutus" but these Rwandan Hutus are more civilized than all other Somali clans, they have, after years of war and bloodshed, even recently in the African World War (Second Congolese War), come to the tables and made peace.

Normally I wouldn't mind if Somalis get training or help from others, but the ones providing the help have seen the same damn circumstances as Somalia.
