-More assistance to Wasaarada Caafimaadka.
-A firm seat for LiQaaye, no other supporter invested so much in Kulmiye than LiQaaye.
-Establishment of a another port, Saylac comes to mind.

Here is something you guys have to learn referring to Sool And Sanaag.
Its ONLY east Sanaag mainly district of Badhan and the dhullo populated districts of Sool wich is missing.

Next time we discuss this refer to it as east Sanaag and east Sool .

Here is difficult one , now that we know Somaliland doesn't really need the darod districts to gain recognition.

Emperior, come to think of it Laas Qoray will be perfect. Saylac isn't that stablished, plus its too close to Djibutia. Laas Qoray will benefit all the eastern provinces.
