That is the new policy of Don Meles Zenawi. Mogadishu ppl are facing one of the worst snags in their entire lives, first it was the isolation of the Bakaara market, today it's the closure of all remittance offices in Mogadishu. That is basically the lifeline for Somalis inside the country and if that is cut off, the disaster would be catastrophic. And the timing is even worse, it's almost the eve of Ramadan.
