One massive army.

Aside from the 50,000+ men in Somalia currently, another 30,000 are being deployed in Lower Jubba region.

Just because their centuries ahead of Somalia it doesnt mean Ethiopia isnt poor my friend.. Everyone is centuries ahead of Somalia.. but if you compare Ethiopia to the west for example than Ethiopia is a very poor country.. Dont be fooled by a few pictures or towns, look at the majority of their people...

ethiopia has the largest population in africa after nigeria, it is expected to boom in the coming 10 years

Aside from Afghanistan and Somalia, every single country on Earth has infrastructure, trust me. If Somalia or Afghanistan had functioning governments and a few years of peace, they too would appear similar to what you've posted, maybe even better.

But again, today is today and we have to focus on the Tigray reinforcements coming to take the Lower Jubba region.

Al Turki can field at most 100 men. He will do everything and anything to avoid major contact with Ethiopian units.
