America has wasted trillions of dollars since the 1960s trying desperately and unsuccessfully to uplift blacks. Never in the annals of human history has so much been given with such pathetic results.

JTF proposes a different solution: offer blacks who are unhappy in America a generous lump sum payment to surrender their American citizenship and return to Africa. With a large sum of American dollars, blacks who move to Africa would live like kings and queens. In exchange for the payment, blacks would have to sign an agreement that they and their families are permanently leaving and will never return to the U.S. at any time for any reason, not even for a visit.
