The 47th section of the TFG charter strictly says only a member of Parliament can hold position in the TFG cabinet. Warlords made it trying to preserve their power and it is what is what will prevent Cali Mahdi and all others from becoming p.m.

Next prime minister is Gacmadheere.

If we appoint a HG, Other Qabiils will never trust us again. Abgaals will feel that we used them and stabbed them in the back and thats why the Next PM will stay with Abgaal. Also Suleyman are small and they don't deserve the position.

The PM position has to go to Abgal. Xamar is Abgal country, and it will be the seat of any Gov't marka it will go to one of them. Can't an Abgal parliment member just reisign and allow Ali Mahdid to step in , a la Gheedi/Mohamed Dhere?
