Reer Shiekh are not only Buraale but also Hiraabe, a subclan of Buraale that consists of Reer Quule, Reer Siyaad Diini(not the garbaharey ones), reer Mu'min, Reer Liibaan, Bah Sacad and Reer Shiekh and some small ones like Maqlasame(Reer Yaroow subclan).

About the wars.....it was over the control of the Daawo region and other issues I can not into in a public forum. It was not a reer gedo reer galbeed thing although the reer xassans and hawrarsame people that started the problems were recent arrivals from Nageyle and other parts of Ethiopia.
