Qansa, actually they came up with Southwestern state after the Xabashi kicked ina Caydiid out of Baydhabo for them but the thing is..they literally destroyed each other in the process of even debating about the state....two mains camps...shaatigaduud and supporters vs. xaabsade and supporters
