men & cooking?

Post by Naaima »

Salam alaikum

how many of you can cook.... i don't mean just putting some beans in a pan or wacking pasta in a microwave.. i mean really rustling up something creative and yummilicious tasty, if you can’t cook what are some reasons why you don't like to cook or don't offer to do the cooking?.....
seriously there is nothing s...ier then seeing a man who is not afraid to show that he has a feminine side, you know cleaning, cooking, taking care of the house..no one likes all brut, a little gentleness goes a long ways! besides it shows he has complete confidence in who he is and every girls loves confidence in a man....

pftt, how many men watch cooking shows? Laughing

damn

its easy to cook, its just not easy having a mentality to cook

baasto, barris, lasagna, canjeero, all easy to make up

breakfast omlet up

and like i live in the basement right (yeah momma's basement at...almost 18 Laughing ), and its huge, so its my job to maintain it...guests are amazed whenever they have their shax down there that it is me who is cleaning...wallahi hooyo doesn't even come there

vacuum, clean my own bathroom, its like i have an apartment down there

but whenever people stay over, my room is the guest room and they mess up everything you did the hours before

i'd rather be obsessed with clean (cause thats what my mom's friends say about me) than being a dirty teenager...which would mean i would be a dirty dude when im older

there are no maids in this house....everyone has to clean and cook for themselves on days that nobody wants to cook something big..

You must the only Farax that can do that. I am yet to find a farax that is a good cook. Not that I can eat what he cooks (out of wis wis!!!)

It is important to learn just incase halimo is under the weather and not in the mood of cooking or cleaning!!!!!!!!!!

as for men cooking, walahi they make the best cooks when they set out to do this....the best cooks ever are men bar none. unfortunately the faraxs a special brand of the male species...they lack quite a few traits men generally are in possesion of by default. Laughing so don't expect a somali man to cook for u. makra hit the kitchen walalo and get cracka-lakin' Laughing

I tried once to make a Baasto dish for myself and I forgot the salt from both the Baasto and the Suugo and it taseted like biyo xareed ah.

There are restaurants to serve iskaabulo and there are wives to serve husbands, that's how the world was meant to be. Besides, it has nothing to do with this confidence you are mumbling about, our forefathers were the most manly and self determined mathafakkas there ever were, and they never went near the kitchen. Call me old school if you want, but if my wife ain't cooking and serving me, she will find my boot in her big booty, I ain't tuching a baaquli let alone a digsi

first off...i wish my farax knew his way around the kitchen..he simply doen't do that stuff(what do u expect he's a farax) laakin if he ever did hit the kitchen and comes sitting next to me smelling like suugo, i be all over him saying... "damn baby u smell soo good what have u been doing"

hopefully that'll inspire him to do more cooking. Laughing Laughing
