Open Debate America "War on Terror"

So Somalis step-out of your little inner-tribal conflict for a while and actually see how the world is running. Maybe this will help you understand that there is actually a greater power that is playing to its own tunes. This is an open debate for anyone who thinks I am wrong could openly challenge me and state their opinion freely or even contribute to the thread. I kindly ask the moderators to not edit people’s posts and allow people to state their opinions freely.

Hopefully, we will all have a health debate that is solely meant to help us educate each other. What America does will effect Somalia in more ways than most of you can even image.

America has spread its power and has being using its international goodwill to do whatever it wants and justify it's actions by “glorifying” itself as a righteous nation who is the savior of the universe by protecting it against Islamo-fascists who are trying to spread Islam cross the world. Since 2001, America has being acting like an imperialist power by waging aggressive wars on defenseless countries across the globe, flagrantly meddling in the foreign affairs of sovereign nations, starting from Afghanistan to Somalia. It has successively dismantled human rights and continues to endorse the use of abuse, torture and torment to obtain false information to justify its reason for attacking countries who possess no threat, and also to keep the “war on terror” appear more realistic to its ignorant citizens. The Bush Administration is constantly intimidating and threatening other governments who refuse to heed the fallacy the American government is spreading across the globe and choose to act independently. The U.S. government has rejected international contracts to which it has intentionally delegated and has made it clear that they will continue to asseverate their one-dimensional message of American exceptionalism.

The September 11, 2001 attacks have shocked the world and after the 9/11 attacks most of the world was ready to ignore some of the actions America has taken which would have exasperated some grave bitterness if the situation was different. Most of the world leaders believed that America was indeed attack by “Al Qaidia” and was a nation that was heavily hit with unexpected civilian damage and was entitled to retaliate in a profound way which was more emotional than logical. There are questions concerning the 9/11 attacks and if America in order to send shock and awe to its population has master-planned the 9/11 attacks. One thing that is for certain is that the whole truth wasn’t told about what actually happened on September 11, 2001. Building 7 fell and degenerating into ashes around 5 in the afternoon, it was never hit by the planes and it fell to the ground. Questions are still surrounding the 9/11 attacks. However, America has over-stepped its boundaries and its imperialistic motives have proven that America’s foreign policy wasn’t merely in response to the 9/11 attacks. It is becoming clear that there was absolutely an underlying intention behind the 9/11 attacks that promoted America’s interest around the world and allow it to undertake actions which violate international laws.

Now it is becoming ever more clear that after almost six years that America’s transgression against other nations isn’t solely the fault of the Bush Administration, which is portrayed to be this administration that isn’t representative of the American people, and that is facing internal difficulties. However, it’s crystal clear that the foreign policies and the actions of the Bush Administration aren’t some kind of aberration that will come to a halt when Bush leaves the White House. It is actually the contrary, and regardless of who wins the presidency in 08, it is unlikely that there will be any serious change in America’s mannerism when it comes to the rest of the world.

First America’s behavior is a direct threat to the world. America is broadcasting the notion that it is indeed a nation which is blessed by God, one of a kind that is uniquely virtuous and that is undertaking a task to transform the rest of the world to American values. And America is entitled to carry out this mission because God has bestowed America with unmatched bravery and most importantly, America believes that it possess impenetrable power which is capable of destroying any opposing group that stands on its way or dares to challenge America. And second America and its people deeply believe that the majority of the world has a hidden agenda to destroy America and will if the opportunity presents itself. These two ideas are respectively preclusive. American can’t be in imminent threat of annihilation and destruction by other foreign countries while at the same time expanding to compel the rest of the world to follow America and force the rest of the world to fall under America’s higher morality and not to forget its staggering military strengthen. Most of the Americans are rather arrogant and ignorant to believe in both of those notions.

America hasn’t learned anything from Iraq; it went along and advocated, financed financially and militarily, and supported an Ethiopian proxy invasion against Somalia. Most people would’ve assumed that after the incompetence and disaster that faced Americans in the Iraq invasion, they the American people would have rejected and denounced any further military attacks containing hostile war against other nations. Nevertheless, half the American population is rather prepared to ignore what is taking place in Iraq and support a war against Iran in the future. Today, it is accepted that the war on Iraq was perpetuated under falsified lies and deliberate demonization of Iraq and creating a nonexistent threat out of thin air. The Iraq occupation has turned out to be an occupation that has no clear intend and is probably to continue longer than anyone has ever planned. Yet, the about half the population of America has no problem allowing its government to take the same road and attack Iran. Iran isn’t Iraq and it will create more havoc and destruction in the Middle East and America won’t be successful.

The American politicians are singing the same song, the destruction of Iran and continue to make aggressive speeches about Iran. The Media is broadcasting the same propaganda, well-constructed media stories are being used as a tool to portray Iran as a threat who has every intention to create nuclear weapons, attack Israel and kill American soldiers in Iraq. All these accusations aren’t supported by hard-founded evidence, they are nothing more than dogmatic accusations and lies that are repeatedly made by American generals and politicians. The right-wing media and the blogsophere are trying their best to influence others to believe that Iran today is a threat to America as German was in WWII. It appears as if the uninterrupted propaganda against Muslims have finally achieved its essential purpose. The American masses have no intention in condemning or questioning the on going propaganda the American politicians and media spews 24/7. The vast amount of the American population has taken in the ideology of selfish materialism and if there is less than one percent chance that killing thousands of innocent foreigners will safe American lives and safe America than who in America will ever objected to that. It is clear to any person who has being following American and World politics that America posse a threat to the world at large. It has become a world bully, who is utilizing its military power and using it mercilessly to fighting off enemies it has created out of thin air and at the same time shield its real economic interests around the globe.

It would be best if the supporters of America are dealt with fast, with no supporters America won’t dare face the world alone. But out of sheer fear people mostly Muslims are following America’s lead. Using terms like “terrorism”, “islamist”, “insurgents”, “islamo- fascist” and what not.

These are Muslims who are also using these terms to describe their fellow brothers and sisters who are struggling against American agenda on their soil.

Good post but evidently it is not like Somalis would know or let alone care about what is happening in the rest of the world. They live in the so-called west but are so far removed and indifferent that the only politics they know about the west is when there is a major election going on. They flip through google to know bits and pieces about the candidates and bam the next thing you know, they are blindly advocating for a certain candidate just because they like few of his/her most obvious policies.

Something really creepy is happening in the rest of the world and quite frankly I am following the money trail to see who is shitting in whose backyard. Like the new benchmark interest rate that went down 4.25% just today. The so-called growing middle-class is paying hell since the Subprime mortgage deals hit rock bottom.

War on terror is another way for America to pay back its debt but apparently it is not going as planned since the marginal cost has exceeded the marginal benefit by ten folds. Qaxootis just so you know, America is headed for another recession and last time a thing like this happened was in the Great Depression. That is why Spookie has plans to move to China cuz the Chinese are smart enough to never let their currency appreciate.

True, most Somalis can’t think outside the little Somali inner-clan they dwell in and because of that they continue to harbor useless hate and make-believe superiority over each other.

As for America you got a point there. America is hoping that it will finally bring stability to Iraq and take control of Iraq’s oil, but the widespread insurgence is stopping America from achieving its goals. America has every intention of staying in Iraq and building a powerful military base in the heart of the Muslim world. Other European countries are beginning to get suspicious of America’s ever-growing military power. China, Iran and Russia all want to revise their countries and economy and gain their past glory once again.

American foreign politics isn’t divided between democrats or republicans. America economically sees China as a threat and military Russia as a threat and when its comes to it dominating and controlling the Middle East it sees Iran as a threat. They will do anything to destroy or at least weaken these countries while they can. America reassures its people that with Iran defeated more American lives will be saved in the future. And as far as they are concern Iran is the weakest of the three, so attack it first and than turn on Russia or China. If only America knew it is digging its own grave.

Now Bush is pissed off cuz Putin's party is literally in power, Mubarak's son is anxious to make Egypt a nuclear power, Germany is selling nuclear reactors to Iran, and North Korea is opening its markets which puts it in favor of China thus no more sanction against it. I am just betting on who gets to throw the first stone.
