It is the Largest Hospital in North Somalia, The largest used to be in Berbera untill it become deserted and then NGOs stopped working there, A year or 2 years ago. They talked about it on BBC few months back

why build such a huge hostpital in a small ass tuulo? why not in a larger town who needs it more

Its to serve a larger area where they dont have sufficient medical care, and Buuhoodle aint that small either.

And another point, Why not? Its their money, Its there hospital and its there poeple that need it

buhoodle is only like what? 15k to 20k people only. laascanood, burco or garoowe were much suitable places with much larger population

According to a UN source Buuhoodles population is twice as much saxiib

I think its more, I would guess that Buuhoodles population is around 40k to 50k But this website^ says 36k.

At the end of the day Its there Money and they will build whatever they think is suitable.

lascanood is 50k and garoowe 80k, buhoodle is nowhere near that man
