when you Worry about certain things and u try to make plans to deal with them, those plans actually never works, cus u will never know how that situation will be untill it comes to that date, so worrying is just a useless thing that out mind does i dont know why ... there fore i've come to conclusion that never worry about anything just wait and see how it happens then deal with it best way possible...

what kind of idealogy is that!

By worrying you go through stages where you are looking for all sorts of answers and solutions to the problem. The more you worry the more you get stressed and the more your brain will kick into action and solve problems!

By not worrying you wont solve anything!

Over worrying is a mental illness (anxiety) doctors prescribe medication for that.

There is white woman at work who takes tranquillisers and time of work for anxiety, sometimes I feel like slapping her and telling her to pull her self together she aint got no problems compared to me and most somalis LOL

You are right but there is a fine line between normally anticipating problems and how to deal with them and over analysing which causes anxiety/stress.

Anxiety and worrying for no reason is bnot good but some level of stress is good. It will make you acheive things more. I.e you have an exam tomorrow you will study hard and worry which will make you prepare more/ understand things more.

If you dont worry you dont prepare and that will cause you to fail.
