If we can build telecommunications , produce our mineral water MAAXDA ,build our houses and pave some roads and install traffic lights in centrum

Any great recommandations for what we Diasporia & Multinational SL companies with Government should conduct in 2008 and 2009 and 2010

I recommend for 2008
Building up Hargeisa aiport
Withing 2008 it will be in work 24 hours as the first Somali airport.
The new ground will be fixed for heavy jetplanes directly from Middle East
When Mission Airport has been accomplished it will be easier for diaspora to travel back home more often without being harassed by a transexual in Djibouti airport.
Berbera port bought in 2007 two or four new cranes worth 640 000 dollars.
I believe we should build up the capacity and privatize 70 % for Diaspora and SL companies
** Imediately delete the 50 year contract signed by Egal with Total Elf for our refinaries in Berbera **

2009 / 2008
If we can collect in 21 mill USD from diaspora and 10 mill USD from Government
another 5 mill USD from the business section
We should be able to make this specific dream come true

And the great impact it will make on our livestock , families in different towns now can reach eachother cheap and quickly. From Ceerigaabo to Borama just 6 hours with this ...
