The common behaviour of tigray and amhara are like this. The amhara take over your land and claim it like its their own, like the case of Ogaden. But the Tigray take over your land and rape the people, kill them and loot every single item, like the case in Mogadisho.

i can see why you might think amhara are sightly better because from the mid 70s when the amhara king was killed and mengistu the killer made himself leader. His first missions were to with the help of USSR take over ogaden and all the liberated areas in eritrea, mengistu was not even amhara, most people use to call him negroid or bantu etc before he was leader therefore he was most evil towards eritrea and somalia as revenage.
